I made bacon (cured and smoked) and sourdough bread this week. added egg, mozzarella, Dukes and spring mix. Added a side of fried plantains with honey.

    If you have a smoker, do yourself a favor and buy pork belly. Slice it thin. Salt, sugar, pepper and cure for 7 days. Smoke it at a low temp until it is done. Best bacon I have ever had and no added nitrates!
