So we’ve got
Chili: a few cans of beans, a few cans of beans in tomato sauce, onion, peppers, celery, mushrooms garlic, a can of tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, and seasoning. Slow cooked all day in crock pot.
Minestrone soup: broth, diced tomatoes, onion, peppers, beans, mushrooms, celery, carrots and shell pasta. Seasoning. Cook 5 min on manual in instant pot, add uncooked pasta, cook on manual 2 more minutes.
Rice, hard boiled eggs, egg salad, cut veggies, and tuna salad which was already eaten. Worlds laziest fruit salad : add frozen fruit of your choice to a bowl, add a sprinkle of sugar. Refrigerate
Eta: oh and breakfast burritos. Scrambled eggs and cheese in a tortilla. Salsa for dipping since not all my kids like salsa.

Looks awesome – getting hungry! What’s the container/lid for the minestrone?
