I used to work near a Potbelly sandwich shop and would eat there regularly, mainly because they load their sandwiches with these delicious peppers (it’s a mix of peppers, olives, carots and celery.. basically Giardiniera)
Haven’t had them in years since quitting that job but was waking around the financial district recently and popped into one of their stores to buy a sandwich. I couldn’t resist but picking up a jar of these bad boys to bring home. Anyone else enjoy potbelly peppers??

I get them on every sandwich every single time. It’s magic.
Maybe look at posting this on [r/spicy](https://www.reddit.com/r/spicy/s/PebPCdhG2M)
Used to hit up Potbelly’s in Fountain Square Cincinnati when I was working in the area. Got these on my sandwich every time. Damn, this stuff is amazing!
So good
Ask them to put Hot Oil on your sandwich next time.
I always pick up a jar when I get a sandwich from them. Amazing on most sandwiches.
One of my favorite ways to eat is is at breakfast.
Put a couple spoonfuls into a non stick skillet and let is heat up.
Dump a couple of eggs onto it and whisk it around with the oil and peppers, then shape into a patty to finish cooking.
Mayo on a toasted brioche and some melted cheddar, and its simply one of the best breakfast sandwiches
Yes. Yum
I’d enjoy them a lot better if they didnt have olives
Not that brand, but I often buy pickled peppers.
Potbelly’s Peppers are the best, but overpriced.
More commonly known as chicago style giardiniera, meaning oil based vs vinegar
That’s giardiniera, potbelly’s started in Chicago.
