2 egg plants
1/4 cup Tehini sauce (sesame seed paste)
2 Tablespoon plain yogurt
1 fresh squeezed lemon or lemon juice
2 cloves crushed garlic
Salt to taste
Dash cumin ( optional)
Olive oil and parsley for garnish
