Recipe –

24 ounces chopped, but not shredded chicken
1/4 tsp dried marjoram
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1-2 pinches of sea salt
1/8 tsp celery seed
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (base amount, adjust as preferred)
Ground Black pepper to taste
A pinch of dried basil

Method of preparation –

1 – Mix dry ingredients with drained chicken
2 – Mix Mayo with chicken mixture
3 – Top with black pepper to taste and place in airtight container for a few hours or can serve immediately.

  3. Helpful hints use plastic (lunch lady) gloves to shred and mix the chicken but make sure you mix everything in the same plastic container you will be storing it in the fridge in. Why dirty up a mixing bowl? Also a dash of Cheyanne pepper adds another layer of flavor.
