Spaghetti mixed with sautéed onion, garlic, diced olives, diced sun-dried tomatoes and diced bacon in EVOO with red pepper, S&P & oregano.
I grated 3/4C pecorino and added S&P, 1/2C 2% Fairlife and 3Tbsp of pasta water. I should have picked up heavy cream but, we were happy with how it turned out.
The green beans were Kirkland’s frozen organic. EVOO with S&P. For a throw together after a strange day my wife and I devoured 2 bowls.
