  1. ###Ingredients

    * 1 block of extra-firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
    * 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    * 1/4 cup soy sauce
    * 2 tbsp brown sugar
    * 1 tbsp rice vinegar
    * 1 tbsp sesame oil
    * 2 cloves garlic, minced
    * 1 tsp ginger, minced
    * 1 tbsp gochujang
    * 1 cup sliced bell peppers
    * 1 cup sliced onions
    * Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

    ###Instructions

    1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang. Set aside.

    2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the crumbled tofu and cook until it’s crispy and golden brown on all sides. This may take about 10-15 minutes. Remove the tofu from the pan and set it aside.

    3. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the sliced bell peppers and onions until they are tender.

    4. Return the crispy tofu to the pan and pour the sauce over the tofu and veggies. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.

    5. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and everything is heated through.

    6. Serve your Korean beef-style tofu over rice or noodles. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy
