This time I went for Asian flavors.

The chicken was marinated in soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, ginger, and hot honey. The honey is what made things so brown.

The noodles are brown rice and millet ramen form Lotus Foods.

I had some chopped cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers that were quickly heated.

And the sauce: tahini, soy sauce, ginger, pepper flakes, a little more hot honey, and some water.

Tahini is one of my hacks for a quick sauce for noodles or stir-fry.
