August has arrived! This month V. Sattui Winery’s resident food and wine pairing expert Marc Golick prepares a sweet and savory dish for our August Wine-of-the-Month Club recipe: Prosciutto and Pear Crostini with Gorgonzola Spread. This is paired perfectly with our newest wine release, a white blend called Tre Uve Bianco, Italian for 3 white grapes. A great summer pairing. Enjoy!
