Wife wanted steak and lobster.
Not the first steaks I’ve ever made, but the 1st I’ve made since tying the knot. (Nov 4th)
Started on the Traeger at 275, until internal got to about 120. Then transferred to charcoal to finish it off. Bonus lobster, mashed potatoes, and asparagus.
