Sticky Sriracha Tofu Bowl

  1. ###Ingredients

    **Tofu**

    * 1 block tofu, cubed
    * 1 tbsp soy sauce
    * 2-3 tbsp cornflour

    **Sauce**

    * 3 tbsp sriracha
    * 5 tbsp soy sauce
    * 1 tbsp minced garlic
    * 2 tbsp brown sugar
    * 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    * 1 cup water
    * 2 tbsp slurry

    **Sides & Garnish**

    * Edamame beans
    * Asparagus
    * Fresh chilies
    * Rice of choice

    ###Instructions

    1. Add the tofu into a container with a lid, pour the soy sauce, and allow to sit for 5-10 mins. Add cornflour and place the lid on and shake well until coated.
    2. Pop into a preheated oven at 190°C for 25 mins or add to an air fryer at 180°C for 16 mins.
    3. In a small pan, add the sauce ingredients, excluding the slurry, and mix well on medium heat.
    4. Pour in the slurry and mix until it thickens. Lower the heat, and once the tofu is done, add it to the pan and coat well.
    5. Serve up with some rice, veg, and enjoy!
