Male, 31, Asian, 5’7, 165lbs.

The right column is my latest blood work. Column before that is 1.5 years prior. My cholesterol and glucose levels are trending upwards.

I am moderately active and don’t eat like crap but could definitely do better. My family has loosely followed a med style diet without knowing it. Lots of veggies and fruits. Not a lot of red meat, etc. I am going to make a true effort now though to follow the med diet to hopefully get these numbers in a better range.

What are some tips on making the switch?

This morning I had a spinach (100g) and egg (1) scramble on sourdough (1). Cooked with 1tbsp of olive oil. 10 red grapes. AG1 drink and water. Is this a good breakfast to start with?

For lunch I plan on having overnight Oats with pears, raspberries, and grapes. (1/2 cup dry oats, 1/2 cup low fat lactaid milk, 3 tsp chia, 1 tsp honey)
