    I love Kimchi! I first has it in South Korea. I am getting home made Kimchi, fried rice and Japchae tomorrow from my nephews wife! She is from South Korea!

    Honestly makes my heart warm seeing kimchi being embraced more widely. As an elder Korean millennial, growing up, Korean food was super niche and under appreciated. Now? It’s so much more accepted and even loved. ❤️
