I got an air fryer and I am trying to figure it out.

Yesterday I made chicken. Today I made cauliflower (too hot, too short). And it all got mixed with arugula, lentils, purple sweet potatoes, and pistachios.

And the dressing was preserved lemon paste, Dijon mustard, champagne vinegar, olive oil, and sumac whisked together.

The chicken had Trader Joe’s Italian sofrito blend – which is delicious.

Good mix of textures and flavors.
