GREEN GRAM BEANS DOSA

    # INGREDIENTS:

    ​

    1. Green gram beans (moong daal) 2cups
    2. Rice 1 cup
    3. Onions finely chopped 1/4 cup
    4. Green chilies finely chopped 1tsp 
    5. Salt to taste
    6. Oil for greasing

    # METHOD:

    Serving Size: 4-5

    Blend the moong daal and rice in a blender to get a coarse mixture.

    Transfer the mixture in a bowl and add onions green chilies salt and water to make a batter of dropping consistency.

    Heat a griddle and grease it lightly with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter on the griddle and spread it evenly to make a thick circle 6-inch diameter.

    Cook using 1/4th tsp oil till it turns golden brown from both sides. Repeat with the rest of the batter. 

    Serve immediately.

    Adding onions is optional. Rice is optional too. I personally add for extra crispiness.
