Oil 1tbsp 4. Garlic finely chopped 1tbsp 5. Oregano 1/2tsp 6. Milk 2 cups 7. Processed Cheese 1 cup 8. Salt to taste 9. White pepper powder 1tsp 10. All-purpose flour 2tbsp# METHOD:Serving Size: 4-5Heat butter and oil together. Add the chopped garlic. Stir-fry for a minute till fragrant and add the chopped mushrooms. Allow the mushrooms t0 fry until golden brown. Add all-purpose flour and stir-fry till the mushrooms and flour are mixed together.
