How does this breakfast look? I’ve been having this breakfast (minus the eggs and avocado) around 730-8am but it’s been leaving my pretty hungry by lunch so I added those two items today.

The chia pudding is 3 tbsp of chia seeds and 1/2 cup of 2% lactaid milk. The whole wheat bread is one that my wife makes (no added sugar) so the numbers might not be exact.

My A1C is at 5.7. TG/LDL borderline high and HDL borderline low. 5’7″ male, 159.2lbs at wake up. I want to get down to 155lbs and improve all of A1C/cholesterol numbers
