23 course tasting menu with 6 glass pairing of wine, Irish beer or juice (made in house). Wine choices were a bit novel and from 6 different countries.
4 of the initial courses came in two sets as small appetisers, while the last 6 courses came in a puzzle box and take-home biscuit.
I unfortunately forgot to take pictures of all the courses and forgive my picture of the venison (where I had cut a small piece before being reminded to take a picture 😅).
They pride themselves on utilising local produce and provide you with a list of suppliers at the end of the meal (along with a novel idea to the menu which I won’t spoil).
If you are looking for a fine dining experience that represents food from the West of Ireland, I would recommend. Staff were great fun and up for a bit of a laugh which made the evening very enjoyable.
Approx. 3.5 hours for 3 people.

I agree, we really enjoyed our visit a few months ago!
How large are the wine pours if you’re only getting six? My wife and I have had inconsistent experiences with pairings. Either we get a decent 4oz, if not more pour or we get like 2oz. I love the idea of a wine pairing but at times it feels risky.
