Help- I just put this Roquefort into a bunch of grits. It has a pinkish beige layer on the outside. I cut off that part but now I’m afraid of it. Is this normal for this blue?

    I would not eat that sadly. Better take the loss on this one.

    It’s fine. The surface that is up against the foil wrap can have all kinds of colors. It will not kill you or make you sick.

  3. Please post the recipe. As a Bleu Cheese Lover, it sounds delicious.
