Diner for two!

1 red pepper bell
Shrimps (I used a 340g frozen bag of wild shrimps)

Seasoning:
– 1/2 tsp cumin powder
– 2 tsp smoked paprika
– 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
– 2 tbp wine vinegar (white or red)
– 2 crushed garlic cloves

Mix all the seasoning ingredients to a paste

Slice the pepper bell
Heat EVOO in a pan over medium-high heat
Roast the pepper bell pieces
When it’s almost cooked to your taste, pour over half the seasoning paste and mix everything swiftly
Put aside

Heat a bit of EVOO in the same pan
Pour the other half of the seasoning paste in the pan
Add the shrimps, mix everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes (do not overcook)

Serve with additional steamed vegetables if you’d like and grains of your choice.

I know basmati rice is not MD, but I still have a bit of it on the shelves at home and I ain’t throwing it away.

Also, there’s a bit of perspective trickery going on the picture, vegetables took 1/2 the plate 😉
