With bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, you can create an easy and delicious dinner with simple pantry ingredients. Great for dinner, or cold in your lunch box.

6-8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika or poultry seasoning optional

Preheat oven to 375°. On a rimmed baking sheet, spray with non stick spray. You can set a rack on top of the baking sheet ( totally optional) spray with non stick spray. Trim extra fat from chicken and season both sides of chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. You can also add some paprika or poultry seasoning. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Skin should get golden and crispy. Serve with your favorite side. This chicken is also great cold for a picnic, or in your lunch for the week.
