Sometimes the jars turn out very pretty. Most of my large variety tomato jars don’t turn out so well as the tiny tomatoes did this year! These are from this summer, but I didn’t find this subreddit until recently.

I know the cherry jar is a bit low – I ran out of the cherry tomatoes on that jar and didn’t want to mix varieties. Seal is good though!

  2. I’ve never seen mason jars like that before! What brand are you using?

The only way ive canned cherry tomatoes is pickled. They are really nice with some garlic, rosemary oregano etc

  5. Tell us about the jars, friend!! I haven’t canned cherry tomatoes, but they look really beautiful!

I didn’t get an overwhelming number of cherry tomatoes this year so I mixed them in with the others (scotia, roma, brandy wine yellow). I know each has their unique flavor, but together they are phenomenal in sauces.

I really like them in corn and cherry tomato salsa.

What recipe did you use? I’ve done picked before but I’m not the biggest fan
