Ingredients for 2 people:
1. Small breads 4
2. Chicken breast 300g
3. Garlic 1tbsp
4. Olive oil 2tbsp
5. Eggs 2 (or 4 if you want it in all of the breads)
6. Leek 1piece
7. Tomato sauce 4tbsp
8. Seasoning – I used curry, salt, pepper and paprika
Method:
1. Start by boiling the chicken breast with the seasoning and garlic. Meanwhile, cut the top of the bread and remove the interior.
2. Slice the leek and take it to the stove with the olive oil and when it starts to wilt it’s time to add the shredded chicken breast
4. Add half a cup of water from boiling the chicken breast and the tomato sauce and let it boil until the water disappears. Adjust the seasoning if necessary
5. Pre-heat your oven (upper heat option is better and quicker) at a high temperature
6. Stuff the bread with the chicken and the raw egg on top. Finish with salt and pepper and take it to the oven for around 10 minutes
7. If you want it even quicker, skip the egg part and just take it to the oven with some cheese on top and wait until the cheese melts.
