  1. Lamb where I live is VERY expensive, one of the most expensive other than seafood. I guess I can substitute it with beef, which is also not usually very cheap… but there are relatively inexpensive cuts here. For us, if we're on a budget, it's always chicken and pork.

  2. I am sure Gordon has been called this before, but it's accurate. " The amazing Flash Gordon". His passion is so profound in doing this, he is super fast and amazes. I had to do a quick Thanksgiving dinner this year, with little time. But using his tips and advice, I changed my methods and ingredients around and much to my delight, true to his word, everything was flavorful and much better than what I had served in the past even though I could not be exact due to time constraints. God bless and thank you Mr. Ramsey!

  3. …Yeah, no disrespect to the chef, but I don't think you have much room to talk about 'cooking on a budget' when you're putting saffron in your sauces.

  4. Same thought with comments about saffron.😉 But in the Philippines we have kasuba which looks like saffron that is inexpensive.

  5. I still say this series from Gordon was and is one of the best things he’s ever done. We saw a different side than Hell’s Kitchen and this genuinely makes me excited to cook and try new things. He also still had that young fire and excitement. He’s literally coming off the ground and dancing in place from excitement to teach.

  6. The fact that we have one of the best chefs on the planet passing on his knowledge and techniques for basically free is truly incredible. Ramsay, you’ve always been a real one, please never change

  7. Please come up with some carnivore recipes!❤ I can't eat carbs or soy, and while I've gotten pretty creative with meat recipes, sometimes I just need new ideas. I've used uncured bacon to wrap just about every kind of meat, salt, white pepper, and cayenne pepper, but you just get tired of the same old thing. I drink/eat tiny amounts of dairy/cheese, eggs and any natural animal products but primarily eat beef. Thank you for your videos, they inspire me to create new meat meals.
