Absolutely delicious, as always. I’ve been to Sushi & Salad three times now. They’re a small restaurant with three outlets in Ely, Stamford, and Saffron Walden (all UK). The head chef and owners are a Japanese couple. The husband cooks and the wife serves front of house at the Ely outlet.
Here is a photo of their big ‘sharer’ plate of sushi, sashimi, vegetables, and salad from a visit at the Saffron Walden outlet, if you’re curious. Highly recommend if you’re ever in the Cambridgeshire area.
