    # INGREDIENTS:

    1. Marie biscuits 10-12 nos.
    2. Cashews 10-15
    3. Heavy cream 1 cup
    4. Condensed milk 1 cup 
    5. Vanilla essence 1tsp

    # METHOD:

    Serving Size: 3-4

    Transfer the marie biscuits into a food processor and make a fine powder.

    Using a hand blender beat the chilled heavy cream on medium high speed until it forms soft peaks.

    Add in the condensed milk along with the vanilla essence and mix well.

    Spoon the whipped cream mixture in a serving glass bowl, then top with marie biscuit powder. Continue layering with the cream and biscuit powder ending with the cream layer. 

    Refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Garnish with coco powder or cherries.
