My dad was born and raised in Hawaii in the 40’s and 50’s. He remembers eating sweet and salty lemons. We found these at Foodland and Waiolo’s shaved ice on Oahu. One is wet, the others are dried. I’m looking for recipes to make at home. Anyone recognize them and have a recipe to share?
