Will Harris, Executive Chef
Chef Will Harris’s culinary journey began at 15 in a bustling fish restaurant in Coronado, California, sparking a lifelong passion for food. After earning a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, he honed his skills in prestigious kitchens like Mille Fleur and Region under Michael Stebner’s mentorship.

At just 23, Will became the executive chef at Tartine Cafe, standing out in the culinary scene of Coronado. His career continued with overseeing coastal restaurants in San Diego and developing a culinary program at a city college, promoting healthy cooking.

Joining True Food Kitchen, known for anti-inflammatory cuisine, Will’s talents drew attention from Food Network celebrity Geoffrey Zakarian, and was aksked to run his Midtown Manhattan behemoth, the National, inside the Benjamin Hotel. After a few years in New York, Will and his family settled in Denver, managing restaurants for the Edible Beats group and serving as the corporate chef for Lifehouse Hotels. Will’s passion extends beyond culinary expertise; he aims to impact lives through a whole food plant-based diet, emphasizing foods that heal and prevent health issues, inspiring individuals to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
