Some of the spots on the first lid got smeared, second has just one of the spots I’m uncertain about to the far right.
The meat itself looks fine (the surface holes can look like spots in the image.)
Is this something anyone else has seen and know what is? Content is hot packed and pressure canned pork, following the guidelines, and just over two years old.
