Strawberry-Banana Smoothie Healthy Recipe
It’s berry season and summer is about to begin and there is no better time than now for a strawberry and banana smoothie! Healthy, nutritious and oh so tasty, it serves as the best drink to replenish those spent electrolytes! So let’s get started!

ingredients:

1 Cup = 250 ml

7-8 no – Fresh Strawberry Chopped
1 no – Banana Chopped

Add in to mixie
1 Cup – Frozen Milk
2-3 no – Ice Cube
1 + 1/2 Cup – Thick Chilled Curd
4 tbsp – Strawberry Crush
4 Scoop – Vanilla Ice Cream

Blend Properly, Serve Smoothie

Take a Tall glass and add
1/2 tbsp – Strawberry Crush
Pour Smoothie and Serve

It can be tasty, but not at all healthy… Instead of using milk, curd, ice cream, just use curd… And don't use this much crush… Why coz to burn the liquid sugar is very tough… U can attract ppl but never give this to children…. 🙃if u start giving your children these… Then they will surely want more which is not at all healthy, kindly don't do this to children…
