I’ve been leaning more and more into meal prep and through that discovered canning. 7oz. Shredded Chicken, sliced carrots, and filled space with homemade broth. I think next time I’ll try pint jars as I ended up with a ton of chicken leftover still and no broth. Perfect seals on all of them. Any concerns I’m too new to see?
