Heat butter in a pan and stir fry the garlic. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat till they turn golden. Keep aside.
In the same pan heat oil and cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes.
Fry the chopped onions in a frying pan till they turn translucent. Add the ginger, chili paste and tomatoes and stir fry till they turn soft. Add the chili garlic sauce.
Return the mushrooms and prawns and cook for 1 minute. Garnish with coriander leaves.
