Ok, just posting this here again with a different title for those who wanted to make it because some people were being purely rude previously. I am not calling this a ‘tzatziki’ anymore because (apparently I am not a local therefore I can’t make one) and I hope this will make those people happier. It’s quite sad to see people being negative to one another over a simple recipe, and taking this further by going onto my channel to dislike all my videos. But I will keep posting as cooking/baking is what I love doing and what makes me happy.
**Ingredients:**
* 1 cucumber, peeled and finely grated * 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) thick (strained) yogurt * 2 cloves garlic, minced or finely grated * 1 tablespoon (15 ml) extra virgin olive oil * 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice * 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried mint/dill if preferred) * Salt to taste (and black pepper if you wish) * Optional: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh mint for extra flavor
My mom used to always make this dish as a side for some meals 🙂 It’s super light and tastes amazing! Thank you for sharing this.

So… Tzatziki?
Reminds me of the time my bf wanted “coffee and chocolate milk”, so we had to clarify that is-in fact- the mocha drink he often orders. Kudos to him for breaking down the flavors, ig.

I love tzatziki! And it’s good for you! I’m sorry you’re getting hassled. How ridiculous!
