1. Cauliflower 1 medium sized 2. Tomatoes 2 nos. pureed 3. Onions 2 nos chopped 4. Ginger paste 1tsp 5. Red chili powder 1/2tsp 6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp 7. Garam masala powder 1tsp 8. Oil 2tbsp oil 9. Salt to taste 10. Coriander leaves chopped 2tbsp
# METHOD:
Serving Size: 3-4
Wash the cauliflower and separate the florets. Grate them and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions. Add the pureed tomatoes, ginger paste and stir-fry for a minute.
Throw in the dry spices and continue sauteing for 30 seconds. Add the grated cauliflower and salt. Stir cook until the cauliflower is cooked, and the mixture becomes almost dry.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti, paratha or plain rice.
