Nah, see that’s just some carrots gettin jiggy. Like spiders, carrots exhibit a high degree of sexual dimorphism, with the females generally being much larger. Many of the ‘baby’ carrots you see in the supermarket are actually misidentified males of the species.
When they’re done, she will likely consume the male like a prenatal vitamin. Such is life.
