Homegrown broccoli frozen and vacuum sealed, homegrown cauliflower with store bought everything else to make Giardiniera, homegrown cabbage for sauerkraut. Giardiniera and sauerkraut recipes from Foolproof Preserving by Americas Test Kitchwn. My fall garden has been good this year. I’m in southern Texas so we can have a year around garden unless we have a freak storm (February 2021)
