Used the Traeger recipe. Only changes: Used Meat Church Fajita and added Meat Church Holy Gospel to the base and the meat. I also used beef bone broth as opposed to just beef broth.

Incredible chili!

    I did this recipe with 2# of venison and 1# of pork for the fat and it was fuh ken delicioso. I will never make another chili recipe. My wife hated it because it was so thick. But she gay

    I loved making this recipe and got an awesome smoke ring on the meatball.

    My only regret was not breaking it up into several slightly smaller meatballs for the smoking process to have even more area of smoke rings!

  5. So here’s my question about this recipe. Doesn’t the fat and grease dripping into the chili get to be too much? I know that fat flavors the dish. I’m just wondering if it makes the chili itself too greasy.
