Ingredients:
1. short grain rice: 1/4 cup
2. Water- 1 cup
3. Milk- 3 cup
4.Sugar- 1/4 cup
5. Vanila essence
6. Pinch of cardamom powder
7. Cinnamon powder, crushed pistachio, dried cranberries, unsalted butter.

Today I’m cooking Norwegian rice pudding also called rkot in a pot add water and rice after 2 3 minutes add boil milk and cardum powder and cook the rice about 10 to 12 minutes now we’ll add sugar and vanilla Essence and simmer until thicken when the rice pores looks creamy

It’s done garnish with cinnamon powder chopped pistacho dried cranberry and butter enjoy
