hi folks – I write a newsletter where I interview food and drink folks, and I chatted with Edy Massih of Edy’s Grocer in Greenpoint about spreading the joy of Lebanese cooking, how he thinks about authenticity, and his ‘Keep it Zesty’ mantra.

It’s a cute space and has great breakfast and lunch options if you’re ever in the area!

Edy’s is AWESOME. I’ve been going since they opened. The people who work there are kind, the food is great, and when I want to cook from my Ottolenghi book and need ingredients I can depend on walking over there.
