GrillGrates for Weber Spirit II E-310?

Recently bought a Spirit II E-310 and I’m interested in getting some GrillGrates for it. I saw on their website they have a set for the Spirit 300 series (seems like it’s for the original Spirit). It seems like if you use them on a newer model, there’s a 2 inch gap. Has anyone used this on their Spirit II E-310? Any issues? Or should I look into a custom cut?
