    – 400 g minced beef

    – 400 g macaroni

    1. Boil macaroni in salted water according to package instructions. Drain.

    2. Fry the onion. Add minced meat and cook until the meat is ready.

    3. Boil 500 ml of water, add 3 stock cubes and add diced cheese. Mix and stir until smooth.

    4. Add macaroni and the cooked meat into a oven bowl. Pour cheese-beef stock on top.

    5. Cook in the oven for 45 mins in 175 celsius or 347 fahrenheit.

    6. Enjoy as is or with ketchup!

  2. Do Finns hate flavor? This is just ground beef baked in pasta. A pinch of pepper isn’t going to cut it.

Definitely appreciate some low budget food. Spent a long time dirt poor, stuff like this was a treat and still very much the occasional comfort food.
