SPRING ONION RICE

    # INGREDIENTS:

    1. Spring onions 1 bunch chopped
    2. Cooked rice 2 cups
    3. Capsicum chopped 1 no.
    4. Green peas 1/4th cup
    5. Onion chopped 1 no
    6. Garlic 10-12 chopped
    7. Oil 2tbsp
    8. Butter 1tbsp
    9. Salt to taste
    10. Pepper powder 1tsp

    # METHOD:

    Serving Size: 3-4

    Heat oil and butter in a pan Add garlic and onions. Cook for 2 minutes.

    Add the capsicum, peas and spring onions. Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt to the vegetables.

    Add rice and pepper powder. Toss well and give it a good mix.

    Remove from heat and garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
