This is what it looked like after I took off the rings, cans are sealed but look like some came up?

Probably over filled or there was air in the product. Since you didn’t provide any other details, like what the product is, how you prepared it, how you processed it, etc., it’s really hard for us to guess what went wrong.

This is probably siphoning which is usually caused either by having the wrong headspace in your jar or by the jar cooling faster than it should have out of the canner. With something like jam I’d be concerned that some of the jam got in the seal which could make it seem like your jars sealed but really didn’t. I’d suggest putting these two jars in the fridge to eat first, or freezing them if you won’t go through them in time.
