Hey all! Got a sous vide for Christmas and this is 2nd recipe. Seasoned salt, pepper, garlic and dried jalapeño powder. Sous vide at 149 for 24hrs and quick sear in cast iron pan.
Carving could use some work but it’s tender and delicious!
