So yeah it’s pretty intense. Like crying and sniveling intense. I first tasted it just a little to see where we’re at, and it was absolutely hot but not very flavourful. So to soften the blow and make it more delicious I mixed the sauce with some peanut butter and agave syrup to get like a super intense satay, and fucking hell it hits the spot. My mouth is on fire but I balanced the sauce to the point where I’m loving it.
