Was at this Japanese restaurant and had this delicious milk pudding. I liked the presentation of it. Most recipes I see online end up with the milk pudding taking up the shape of a mold, I was wondering how I may go about preparing milk pudding like this? (I assume the recipe should be a bit different) I should mention that this may not be milk pudding at all, as it was part of a tasting menu and I couldn’t quite catch what I was told it was. I just assume it’s milk pudding. If anyone’s familiar with Japanese desserts, I’d appreciate the help!
