Man, these were a real treat. Super mild, great meaty flavor/texture. On a kettle chip there was a very familiar flavor combo that I think is a throwback to a tuna melt I used to get at a former stomping ground. One of the best looking fish right out of the tin I’ve seen, and the best ‘straight from the tin’ experience I’ve had to this point. Planning to order these ones again.
