Chicken:
2 pounds chicken thighs boneless & skinless
6 to 8 thighs
1/4 cup olive oil
1 juice of lemons or 1 tbsp
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp sazon
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground clove
Mix all seasoning to make paste and marinate chicken for 4 hours to a day or minimum 30 mins.
Fry chicken on skillet on medium to high heat for 2 to 3 mins each side, then turn heat to low and cover to cook for 2 to 3 mins
After cooling and chopping add chicken back to pan to fry for 1 to 2 mins for extra flavor
Oil for frying chicken vegetable or canola
Rice:
2 cups basmati rice
If 1 1/2 cups basmati rice use 2 1/2 cup broth
3 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin or 1/4 tsp
2 tsp salt if water 1 tsp if broth
1 bay leaf
5 cloves
Wash rice till clear or for 2 mins with warm water or let soak for 30 mins.
Add pot with lid use heavy bottom on medium heat add butter then rice, then spices or add butter and spices together then add rice to toast for 3 to 4 mins until fragrant.
Then add broth and bay leaf mix and bring to boil then lower heat to simmer and cover and cook for 10 to 12 or 15 mins. Then turn off heat and but leave covered for 5 to 15 mins. After 5 to 15 mins take off lid remove bay leaf and fluff with fork.
White Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Mayo
2 to 3 tbsp water
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley dried
1 tsp sugar Or 1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sazon
Store in fridge 30 mins
Serve with pita, tomato, cucumber and lettuce optional and ofc white sauce.

I promise you after this one you’ll never buy chicken or rice again get your spices in your oil with some lemon zest and lemon juice now mix it with the chicken let it marinate for about four hours to a day just look at that get your sour cream
For the sauce and some mayo with your lemons your spices and some honey of course just look at that get your spices for the rice the butter toast it and then finish it off seal your chicken and dull that beautiful crust chop it up plate it and voila
