Hi everybody i’m rachel from rachel cooks live love today i’m gonna be making some delicious ponchos now you don’t know what Poncho’s are it’s like nachos but with a twist and they’re stacked up high with a lot of good stuff that’s what i want to make for you today
So let’s get started so i’ve got my beef fajitas here i put them in the freezer for just like five minutes so they could get a little fun and so they could be easy for me to cut so what i’m gonna do is i’m just gonna slice them into nice

Just like that now I’m gonna put my jalapeno these are optional if you don’t want to put any jalapenos no one loves these have opinions some of the jalapenos are hot and some of them are nyan cat box these are not that hot I taste them now I’m gonna put
Some cheese right this now I’m gonna put some light bar keep this on top just like that put a little bit more cheese over them and I’ve got my oven set at 350 degrees so I’m gonna put them in there just for a few minutes so that the cheese can
Melt so I think they’re ready you might turn off my oven Europe now I’ve got some pico de gallo here did I made that red onions cilantro some of the sweet onions it’s got tomatoes lime juice so what you want to do is you want to spread them
All the way around like that just like that then I’ve got some some lines cuz lines are good the lines are so good when you squeeze them all over it and then you eat them like that I’ve got some guacamole top it with some guacamole up at the top just like that
They might throw some sour cream just like that now for the taste test I’m always here oh look at these hmm mm-hmm the cheese the fajitas are so good very tender this is a super easy meal it could be for lunch could be for supper if you’re
