Orzo… garbanzo beans… zucchini… baby spinach… a few mozz balls… spices… & plenty of EVOO. I just started a new job the weeks ago and have changed my lunch habits (not buying from the cafe, bring food in every day).

Love the mediterannean diet but I wonder… how heavy can you go with your olive oil pours and are you super concerned with portion sizes especially for things like pasta? I try to eye it and just make sure veggies/beans are more primary in things like this!
